- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable IT strategies
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion
- Oversee the IT team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals
- Ensure all IT operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Work closely with the CIO and other senior leaders to align IT initiatives with the company's vision
- Implement and monitor IT policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
- Provide regular reports on IT performance and initiatives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams
- Strong understanding of IT strategy and innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
