📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating daily operations activities,Support the Operations Manager in managing and supervising operational staff,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies,Handle and resolve operational issues and queries,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with operational software and tools,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken
