CV Putih Mahkota is looking for a Deputy Shop Assistant to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Shop Assistant in managing the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store, including stock control and sales.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, ensuring that the store is presentable at all times.,Assist with the preparation and presentation of merchandise, including pricing, labeling, and display.,Assist with the processing of customer orders and returns, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely.,Assist with the preparation of reports and records, including sales, inventory, and customer data.,Assist with the training and development of new staff members, ensuring that they are up to date with store policies and procedures.,Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the Shop Assistant or store management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and team members.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of computer software, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including boxes and merchandise.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.,Ability to pass a background check and drug test, as required by the company.
