📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to the fleet, such as accidents or breakdowns.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
