Daily, you will be on the shop floor, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with production teams to ensure seamless operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules to minimize downtime.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery performance.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with machinery maintenance software such as SAP or similar.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Valid certification in mechanical or electrical maintenance is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
