📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and productivity.,Manage inventory and ensure all materials are available for production.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Proven track record of managing production teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Experience with production scheduling and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production management.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field is a plus.
