📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.,Manage inventory and ordering processes.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
