FORZA Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has excellent culinary skills, and can work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and fresh.,Train and mentor junior cooks.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the improvement of food services.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a cook in a similar role.,Proven culinary skills with a strong understanding of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
