Bloom Bay Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations, and provide training to employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or large organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
