📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Area Manager.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of sales, marketing, or operations in a relevant industry is a plus.
