📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.,Ensure food safety and quality control.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare food for service according to the restaurant's schedule.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
