📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems like QPOS or Cashier Pro
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
• Maintain accurate sales records and inventory tracking
• Assist in stock management and restocking as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and service quality
• Assist in opening and closing the cash register, including bank deposits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the F&B industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems like QPOS or Cashier Pro is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales recording
• Good mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in customer service is a plus
