📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the training and development of sales staff.,Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
