📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
