📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries via phone and email,Processing orders and providing accurate information about products and services,Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints,Updating customer information in the company's database,Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies,Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets,Providing regular reports on customer interactions and sales performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
