📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide information about our products and services.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted outreach.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telesales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
