Overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Managing the financial health of the organization, including cash flow management and financial analysis.,Leading the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve financial goals.,Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.,Monitoring and managing the company's financial risks and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.,Providing financial advice and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Certifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
