Lingkungan Kirana Medical Center is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our hybrid team in Serang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our medical software and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and a passion for clear, concise communication. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for medical software and systems,Create user manuals, guides, and tutorials to support our medical staff,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with medical standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials for our medical software,Provide training and support to medical staff on the use of our software and systems,Participate in cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry,Strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with medical software and systems is a plus,Familiarity with medical documentation standards and guidelines,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in office, 3 days remote),Strong communication and collaboration skills
