Zone Plus Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers and project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of civil infrastructure projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Work closely with our team of engineers and project managers to ensure effective project execution.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and other documentation as required.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
