In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules of vehicles, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure efficient use of vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide training and support to junior staff in fleet management.,Participate in budgeting and cost control activities related to the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
