📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
