📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of mobile applications from concept to deployment.,Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.,Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.,Optimize application performance, including database, server, and network usage.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS development.,Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).,Proficiency in version control systems (Git).,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
