In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and a passion for the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
