📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.
  • Report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
