ESQ Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Partnership Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong partnerships, and ensuring the success of our publishing initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationships.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including authors, publishers, and retailers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the publishing industry.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services effectively.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the publishing industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian publishing industry and market trends is a plus.
