📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.,Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.,Remove impediments to ensure the team can deliver value every sprint.,Work with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.,Measure and report on team performance and progress.,Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.,Support the organization in scaling Agile practices across teams.,Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a similar role.,Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, or CSP) is a plus.,Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.,Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.,Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.,Experience in working with distributed teams is a plus.
