AppleOne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a global company.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models. You will also provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
