📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain server performance and availability,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams,Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues,Install, configure, and update server software and hardware,Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning,Document server configurations and procedures,Stay updated with the latest server technologies and best practices,Participate in on-call duties and emergency response procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in server administration,Strong knowledge of server hardware and software,Familiarity with virtualization technologies,Experience with cloud platforms is a plus,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
