📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with high accuracy and precision.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and spectrophotometers.
- Analyze and interpret test results to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Maintain detailed and organized laboratory records and reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new procedures and technologies.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Certification from a recognized medical laboratory science organization (e.g., ASCP, AABB).
- Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabSoft, LabArchives, or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian language and local regulations.
