📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring their needs are met and their businesses thrive.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to merchants, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback and guidance to help them improve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address merchant issues and challenges.
• Analyze merchant data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital commerce and merchant engagement.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant engagement, digital commerce, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving merchant success and improving engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze merchant data and identify trends and opportunities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
