📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the construction of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and contractors to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and plans using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate them into the design process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural field, and apply them to our projects.
• Prepare and submit construction documents, including blueprints, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with a strong attention to detail.
