📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and homeowners in Bali.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ceramic industry.
• Present our product range to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
• Use Salesforce and CRM systems to track leads and manage customer interactions.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.
• Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ceramic or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market trends and customer preferences in Bali.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
