📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies to meet customer demand and delivery requirements.
• Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that product distribution aligns with sales targets and customer needs.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools to manage and track inventory and distribution processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and logistics management.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on distribution performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution roles.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution strategies.
• Proficiency in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
