📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment in accordance with company safety protocols and industry standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on heavy machinery.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of production tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license and certification.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
