📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Leverage HRIS tools such as BambooHR and Workday to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
• Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and goals.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to drive improvements.
• Oversee the administration of benefits and compensation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
