📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Optimize logistics processes, including route planning, vehicle scheduling, and fleet management.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including drivers, dispatchers, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the operations team, providing feedback and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian transportation and logistics regulations and best practices.
