As the face of our brand in Bali’s vibrant beauty market, you’ll educate customers on the importance of sun protection and help them choose the right products for their skin type. Based in Bali, you’ll work in our retail locations across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You’ll need to be passionate about beauty and skincare, with a strong understanding of tropical skin concerns. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert skincare advice to customers, focusing on sun protection and tropical skin care.
- Stock and manage inventory of Amaterasun products in retail locations.
- Assist in organizing beauty workshops and product launches to educate customers on the benefits of Amaterasun.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Amaterasun through social media and in-store events.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the retail manager.
- Train and mentor junior beauty advisors to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the skincare industry.
- Ensure compliance with all retail and beauty industry regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail, skincare, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of tropical skin care and sun protection products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
- Passion for beauty and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
