🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail, sales, or management roles.
Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Salesforce and QuickBooks, or similar CRM and accounting software.
Certifications in automotive management or related fields are a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
