📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 Customer Service Representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with business objectives, using tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, utilizing data analytics software.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute data-driven promotions, enhancing customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of service.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure service quality and employee satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
- Manage customer service budgets and resources efficiently to maximize operational effectiveness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Certification in customer service management or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
