📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of heavy machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Lead a team of technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and supervision.
- Knowledge of mining equipment and industry standards.
- Certification in heavy machinery operation and maintenance (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software like SAP or similar.
